	Two weeks of hands-on workshops at primary schools in Bristol.

	March 2006	Supercounty World Achiever's Award
	Mugenkyo receive the prestigious award from South Lanarkshire Council for their growing international reputation.

	March 2006	The Big Bang! Dojo Showcase Concerts
	Thirty drummers take to the stage in a big extravaganza at our yearly Dojo showcase.

	April 2006	Katsuji Kondo Visit
	Former frontman of the Kodo Drummers performs with Mugenkyo in Glasgow and Edinburgh, with guest teacher workshops at the Dojo.

	May 2006	Mugenkyo Taiko Drummers Spring Tour
	The first tour with our brand new tour van, a Mercedes Vario - the silver mean machine.

	June 2006	Dojo Drummers at Peterborough Festival
	The Dojo Drummers make their festival debut, performing their full festival set in front of an audience of 5,000.

	August 2006	Motofuji Visit
	Workshops at the dojo by Hiroshi Motofuji, the former leader of the hugely influential Tokyo group, Oedo Sukeroku.

	September 2006	The Way of the Drum Tour
	We get back to the roots with the Way of the Drum show - taiko unplugged!

	Oct - Nov 2006	Mugenkyo Autumn Tour
	A six-week tour of 32 full-length shows. Our concert in Cardigan was filmed, to be made into the very first Mugenkyo DVD.
