Hiroshi Motofuji

A one-off performance in July 2007 with master drummer Hiroshi Motofuji at the Royal Academy of Music in London. A fantastic opportunity for members of Mugenkyo to work with one of the great modern-day players in the world. Motofuji, as a player with the famous Tokyo taiko group Oedo Sukeroku Daiko, has performed all over the world to thousands of people in dozens of countries. He is a master of the Sukeroku style & his dynamism & rock-star persona sets him apart from many of his contemporaries. In London we performed a full concert set, perfectly complementing each other's style.
