Taiko Drumfest
The Taiko Drumfest concert is a celebration of taiko, a spectacular display of highly choreographed performance & energetic drumming, presented by the Mugen Taiko Dojo. The concert takes place several times a year in venues across Central Scotland.
Each concert is carefully choreographed by Mugenkyo, with over 30 performers onstage, ranging from professional players to workshop participants, who all come together to create a thoroughly entertaining and exhilarating evening of taiko, with pieces ranging from delicate bamboo flute to the thunderous wall of sound created by a record number of taiko players & drums onstage.
