Rinnetensho

A collaboration with Mugenkyo & contemporary dance company from Tokyo "Company East", created for a run at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival. On a diversion from their main shows at the Festival in 2004, the two companies come together to create a new project on the theme of re-incarnation. Otherworldly and featuring martial rhythms, atmospheric chanting and dark visuals, the show caused quite a stir that year, as the two very distinctive companies worked at the edge of their boundaries.
